Youth and Family Link provides free programs that support families through education, mentoring, mental health services, and community engagement, especially in underserved areas. Their services include afterschool programs, prevention activities, healthcare access, family care coordination, housing assistance and youth development programs. These programs work together to help families build stability, improve well-being, and support youth success in school and life. Medical Teams - Care & Connect seeks to strengthen the existing US healthcare system by filling crucial gaps in accessing medical care. Volunteers provide urgent dental care in tandem with medical screenings for diabetes, depression, and hypertension. Offer referrals to continuing care for any patient in need. We ask all of our volunteers to come to their roles with compassion, understanding, and respect for the people we serve. Our volunteers aren’t just the heart and soul of our clinics — they’re the backbone of our work!
