Bellingham Food Bank: WA Dental Clinic

Medical Teams International

"Since 1972, Bellingham Food Bank has provided free food in Whatcom County. We are now pushing 5,000 household visits a week and offer a free grocery program, drive through, and home delivery. We also help to distribute millions of pounds of food to the Whatcom County Food Bank Network." Bellingham Food Bank partners with Medical Teams International to provide free urgent dental care to community members in Whatcom County that lack access to dental care or are underinsured. US Programs seeks to strengthen the existing US healthcare system by filling crucial gaps in accessing urgent dental care. We ask all of our volunteers to come to their roles with compassion, understanding, and respect for the people we serve. Our volunteers aren’t just the heart and soul of our clinics — they’re the backbone of our work! Bringing free dental care and health screenings to underserved communities only happens because of compassionate professionals like you.
